What data we collect

When you import a property listing, we extract structured data already published on the listing page (via JSON-LD / schema.org markup). This includes:

  • Property address, price, beds, baths, square footage
  • Listing images (stored as URLs — we do not download or re-host images)
  • The source URL of the listing

We also store your account information (email address), the status decisions you make on listings (e.g. interested, passed), and any notes you add.

How we use your data

  • Saved to your personal Listd account so you can track listings across platforms
  • Used to power AI preference learning — your status decisions help score future listings
  • Never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing

Third-party sharing

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. Listing data you import is sent only to our own backend (hosted on Supabase and Vercel) and is not shared with any external services, except for AI scoring which uses a third-party AI provider — where your data is processed but not stored or used for training.

Chrome extension

The Listd Chrome extension extracts structured listing data (JSON-LD) from the current page only when you click the "Save to Listd" button. It does not:

  • Run in the background or collect data passively
  • Track your browsing history or activity
  • Read or modify page content beyond extracting structured listing data
  • Transmit data to any third party — data is sent only to your Listd account

The extension uses your existing Listd session cookies for authentication. You must be signed in to use it.

Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

The Listd extension's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, the extension only uses data to provide its core functionality (saving property listings), does not transfer data to third parties except as needed to provide the service, and does not use data for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete individual listings at any time from your kanban board. Deleting your account removes all associated data — listings, reviews, notes, and preferences — from our database. We do not retain data after account deletion.
